switch from oslosphinx to openstackdocstheme Upstream change: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/479622/ Use autosetup -S git to create fake git repo in order to avoid error when building docs: ... fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git Also, use "python setup.py build_sphinx" for doc generation as upstream uses it.
